Jeju island, South Korea - a World Heritage site, this volcanic island rises out of the sea in a perfectly shaped pie, filled with a meringue of lush grasses.

All held together with imported white stilton cheese, the flakes are interspersed 5 on the pie with dollops of Ossetra caviar from the Caspian Sea as well as truffles and Fois Gras from France.
