The integumentary system (which includes hair and nails) is often the first place that a serious vitamin deficiency shows up.

Result: the texture of integumentary cells, the shape and size of hair socket and bristle were important characters for species identification.

It includes the cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, urinary, immune, integumentary, lymphatic, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory and skeletal systems.
