This paper explores the two opposite attitudes which are humanization and dehumanization about human nature problem in western psychology.

It also explores doublespeak in terms of rhetorical devices, namely, personification, dehumanization, metaphor, understatement and inflation.

Had the key to this issue, we are accustomed to judge dehumanization, mechanization, and the judge ignored the personality factor in the impact of the judicial process.
