Rapid Prototyping provides a new method of aiding to diagnose. A hollow three dimension model with complicated conicoid surface was built and the prototyping processing was analyzed.

The conicoid fitting method used for transforming GPS elevation, and the basic structure and mathematic formulas of BP algorithm of neural networks are introduced briefly in this paper.

The experimental result shows that the normal pressure distribution on the surface of the model blade is a conicoid, the maximum of the normal pressure is in the middle of the model blade.
