compulsory exercise

We are of the view that where a state legislatures, in the exercise of its own powers, decide that the time is ripe and it is necessary to pass legislation for compulsory sterilisation, it may do so.

Bodily exercise, when compulsory, does no harm to the body; but knowledge which is acquired under compulsion obtains no hold on the mind.

This includes compulsory physical exercise at 6.30am, a ban on alcohol and smoking, and confinement to campus at weekends except for those with written permission to venture out.
